Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days is usually enough during the week. Weekends, couples bookings and the two-hour Royal Indulgence fill up first, so give us a week where you can.
Can I swap a treatment inside a package?
In most cases, yes — for example a Swedish massage instead of hot stone, or a back scrub instead of the foot ritual. Message us with what you'd prefer and we'll confirm whether it changes the price.
Do you sell packages as gift vouchers?
Every package is available as a gift voucher, valid for six months. Send us the recipient's name on WhatsApp and we'll prepare it for collection or email.
What should I arrive with?
Nothing at all. Arrive about ten minutes early so you can change, settle in with your tea and tell your therapist about any areas that need attention or should be avoided.
Is there parking at the Sea Point Medical Centre?
Yes — there is parking on site at 11 Kloof Road, and we're a short walk from the Sea Point promenade if you're coming on foot.
